Hot peppers are perhaps the most used international vegetables. Their intense flavor adds zest to sauces, salads, soups, stews, dips, and dried seasonings. They can be pickled or threaded on string and dried when ripe for a colorful, edible ornament. Peppers are yellow turning red. Non-genetically engineered seeds.
Culture: Sow seeds indoors 8-10 weeks before the last frost. Grow in full sun and keep soil temperature in the mid-70's. Transplant to garden after soil has warmed.
Harvest: Carefully cut fruit from plant when full size, but before they have begun to soften.
