When will my order ship?

Most orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days.

Processing time is not included in the shipping estimate. For example, if you pay for 2 day shipping, your order will still be subject to a 1 to 3 business day processing time in addition to the 2 day transit time.  

In some cases we are able to expedite orders and speed up processing time. If this is needed for your order, please contact us.

My tracking hasn’t updated, why?

Tracking information can sometimes take 24 -48 hours to generate and show updates after shipping.

What if my order is incorrect?

If your order is incorrect, please contact us so we can resolve this for you.

My package arrived, but my order is not complete. What do I do?

Sometimes your order is shipped in multiple packages. Double check the tracking and make sure it is not 1 of 2 or more boxes. Sometimes the rest of the boxes arrive the next day.

My order is showing as delivered but has not arrived. What do I do?

We ask that you please allow two additional business day past the delivered scan as the carrier may have accidentally scanned the delivery too early. If your package still has not arrived, please contact us.

NOTE: Please be sure to check around for your package; some carriers leave packages in hidden places so it cannot be seen from the street. Check to see if someone else, like a neighbor or an Apartment Office Manager, accepted delivery on your behalf.

What if my product arrives damaged?

We always try to package products in a way that avoids damages. In the event your order arrives damaged, contact us as soon as possible for a resolution. If possible, take photos of the damaged products.

At this time, we do not accept returns for damaged items. You will either have your product replaced or be issued a refund for the product.

Do you offer bulk prices?

Bulk prices are done on a case by case basis. For a quote, email or call us so we can work with you!

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to most countries. Keep in mind, as the customer, you are responsible for knowing your country’s specific import laws, regulations, and requirements. All of our prices are in USD.

Do you ship to Canada?

As of August 2021, we are no longer shipping to Canada. We apologize for this abrupt change in policy and any inconvenience this may cause our Canadian customers. We appreciate you and are working on hopefully shipping to you again in the future.

How do I claim a sales tax exemption?
