Crop oil and slay herbicide don’t work

Roundup is stronger than this stuff. Only weakened the leaves on weeds. In fact, dandelions and Canadian thistle growing even faster after applying herbicide 10 days ago. No joke. Weeds have flowered and dropped seeds. I only bought the Whitetail herbicides because I am trying to establish a clover lawn. When I sprayed roundup on the weed, it died in a few days.
