Received a bottle previously opened
I received the surfactant on 5/27 along with 3 other items and took them out of the shopping box and put all the items in my storage cabinet. On 6/9 I needed the surfactant to mix a solution and found not only was the plastic bag it was in had been opened, but the surfactant bottle had also been opened and leaked from the bottle. Apparently some cheap ass mfr decided to use an ounce to mix whatever solution and return it for a refund. People like that fn piss me off. Fn mfr.
