Terrible experience and service
I tried to contact your company 3 times via your email contact and twice via a phone call to cancel my order because it was taking so long to receive it, and never received a shipping confirmation. After 3 emails, I called twice. The phone line went to voicemail and disconnected both times without allowing me to leave a message. The rose bushes finally arrive anyway. They are all in terrible condition. Two of them have almost nothing live on them after pruning off the dead material. I am an experienced gardener and have order many plants online before, but this was by far the worst experience I have had with doing so.
