Medium-bladed texture with medium to high drought resistance. The seed will begin to grow in 10 - 21 days. You can mow the seedlings when they reach 2 inches in height.
Thrives in heat, drought, and partial shade, as well as survives colder temperatures.
Scotts Turf Builder Grass Seed Zoysia Grass Seed & Mulch combines mulch and seed to grow a tough, durable, low-maintenance lawn. This extremely versatile grass seed mix is 99.9% free of weeds. For best results, water twice daily for at least three weeks.

    • Scotts Broadcast / Rotary Spreaders
    • - (Turf Builder Edgeguard Mini, Basic, Standard, Deluxe Edgeguard, Edgeguard DLX, Lawn Pro & Speedy Green) - Set to 11 ½ for reseeding and for new lawn/bare spot repair, set to 11 ½ for go-over lawn twice
    • Scotts Drop Spreaders
    • - (AccuGreen, Classic Drop) - Set to 18 and go over the lawn twice for reseeding. For new lawn/bare spot repair, set it to 18 and go over the lawn three times
    • Scotts Hand-Held Spreaders
    • - Set to 5 and go over the lawn twice for reseeding. For new lawn/bare spot repair, set it to 5 and go over the lawn three times
    • Scotts Wizz™ - Set to 3.75 for Reseeding and New-grass; go over twice.

      Fast delivery

      Ordered grass seed and was delighted when it arrived early. I’ve already sown it . Now just waiting to see it germinate and patch up my lawn for the summer. Very happy with the purchase

      There was far too much mulch and a minimal amount of seed in each bag. very dissappointed with your product.
