Didn't receive full order - can't get anyone to respond or answer the phone
I placed an order online for seed and a bag of 3 in 1 Weed and Feed. Received the seeds, not the Weed and Feed. Emailed support, I keep getting a reply that the order was shipped. Does anyone actually read the emails? I sent a picture of the box that was shipped to me with it's contents. I've sent several emails and tried calling the number direct and it just rings forever, and then finally goes to a generic voicemail. I would love it if someone actually read my emails and responded with a real email versus an auto generated email.
