Buyer beware. I ordered Titan GLX and just like Louis, I got Ultra. My invoice says GLX. I too spread 2/3 or the bag before I realized the error. I tried to call seed world, no answer. I emailed seed world, no response. In one area of the yard I planted titan ultra next to Resilience 2 seeds that sat in my basement for a year. The attached picture is 2 weeks post seeding. The bare area is the Titan seed.
Shipping was prompt and on time as communicated. Just planted seed tho. Still waiting to see how it grows.
I trusted SeedWorld what they had sent the correct product to me. Consequently, I did not read the “fine print” on the label attached to the bag of seeds and planted my entire yard with the wrong Titan Ultra seeds. I contacted SeedWorld about the problem, sent them picture of my order and the label on the package of seeds, but have yet to hear from them beyond a auto-generated email that they had received my communication. That was over a week ago and I am still waiting. Right now, I have to award SeedWorld a “Very Poor” rating for the work of their shipping department and a “Very Poor” for level of concern for their customers. I hope I am able to update this review with a more positive assessment of SeedWorld. But until they contact me, this is the state of my appraisal of the company.
First first time ordering this brand seed. Will not be overseeding for a few weeks. Have to wait to see how it grows before commenting.
I just got the delivered today! Did not expect it to take 2 weeks but that’s ok. Suggestion: don’t send out the satisfaction e-mail until customers have received the product, Make sense? I’ll let you how the seed does. Rod Bittrl
It's been 9 days and tracking number stills shows my product is at original shipping location.
I have done a test in tray with uv light and the titan popped up in 5 days. I will say i wish i looked closer and caught that it has weed and other crop seed % thats scary.
