The package leaked
Low prices, fast delivery and great customer service. Only issue I had was there was a hole in the box the diameter of a pencil and unfortunately when I open the box the hole is in the back too. As a result one of the bags wasn't as potent as I think it took in some moisture. However this won't affect my future purchases with this company as I'm sure the hole in the box was done after it was shipped out.
Product is as as expected, inner bad seam split at bottom of the bag. But outer bag contained product.
Well packaged - arrived dry.
internal plastic bag holding the powder was split and leaking. However, it was packed well enough that all but a few grains remained in the main bag or in the second bag over it. Product is good, just a little annoying that I had to immediately transfer it to a new bag.
