Acclaim Extra is a post-emergent herbicide most known for its reliability to control crabgrass and goose grass without harming desirable turf. It works in a single treatment and weeds die as fast as one week. It is effective in a wide range of growth stages with flexible timing and use. Acclaim is a water-based formulation and simplifies handling. Acclaim Extra can also be used to temporarily suppress the growth of Johnson grass rhizomes and common bermudagrass.

Rate of use: Between 0.08 - 0.90 fl . oz. per 1000 sq. ft.
Active Ingredients: fenoxaprop-p-ethyl - 6.59%

I have been using The above mentioned product works for many years now and have found it to work well in controlling crab grass as well as Japanese stilt grass. Would highly recommend this product to anyone who is looking to get rid of and control these type of weeds.

Hi. I bought this item on Aug 4 but it was not shipped until Aug 11. Seed World only printed the shipping label but did not actually ship. I had to call Seed World multiple times over several days and speak to multiple people to get the item shipped. Item is expected to arrive tomorrow Aug 15. This creates a problem for me as I urgently need the herbicide down on my lawn before the weeds germinate. I could be too late. Disappointment in Seed World.

I applied this product 5 days ago to my crabgrass and haven't seen any results yet. Very expensive to be a waste.
The order was shipped nine days ago, but I’ve yet to receive it. I’ve been unusual to be asked for a review before they’ve even delivered the product. If I known it would take this long I would’ve gone to another vendor.

I haven’t used it yet but my gardener used it and said it is mainly for crabgrass. It worked great and killed the nasty crabgrass. now to reseed after giving it time.
