Wrong item- no customer service
I ordered a PH tester, I received a Moisture tester instead. I have reached out customer service and other contacts at the company many times and I have received no information on how to correct the error. But during this time I have received many requests to provide a review. You would thing they would seek to first make the order correct before asking for a review (?????)
