David Austin® roses are a perfect mix of old-fashioned romance and modern toughness. These highly sought-after rose bushes are coveted by gardeners for their beauty, bloom power & fragrance.

David Austin® roses need 6–8 hours of direct sunlight per day and perform best in a spot sheltered from heavy winds. Rich, well-draining soil is a must. When you plant your roses in spring, water the soil around the base of the plant every 2–3 days; avoid getting the leaves and flowers wet during the evening or early morning, as this can lead to fungal growth. Established roses can be watered once per week in spring and fall, but the soil must remain consistently moist in the hottest summer months. Hardiness zones range from 5a-9b.

    Juliet vs Carding mill

    I did not receive the rose listed. Customer service got back with me quickly and offered to exchange the rose for another rose that looked more like juliet (the original listing) . The offered exchange rose doesn't do as well in my climate so I chose to keep the accident rose in leiu of boxing up the carding mill they sent me and mailing it back to do an exchange or refund. The Carding mill plant i did receive was very lush and healthy, just not what I ordered. Overall okay 👍. Healthy plant, responsive customer service.
