This variety is revered as both a table olive – for its mild, buttery and lightly fruity flavor – as well as an oil olive for its high oil concentration. Tasty fruit and gorgeous gray-green foliage will evoke the rolling Spanish landscapes where this variety is widely grown.

Care Instructions

Olive trees prefer to be planted in well-drained soil in a sunny area of the landscape. The olive tree is an evergreen that flourishes in hot dry areas, and as such, will not do well in wet, winter soil. The plant will need water every day, especially during the summer months throughout its first year. Once established, the olive tree is drought-tolerant. We recommend keeping your plant potted so that it can be brought indoors when temperatures drop below 30°F.

Not a great experiance

Only 5 out of 7 arrived. Leaves are yellow. I ordered different ones from Amazon and they came in 10 times better and healthier. These plants look like cuttings and the branches go any which way. The ones from Amazon look like they were grown from seeds and stand tall and clean and aren't yellow. I am using these as centerpieces for my wedding so these will not work. I contacted the company and all they said were plants were stuck in shipping somewhere and that the yellowing of the leaves, I need to read the care instructions. They showed up yellow and rough looking. I did not have the same experience with Amazon.

Green & growing

My order arrived in wonderful condition and I was happy to open the containers to healthy plants. They were promptly installed in their pots after removing the careful packing materials from around the trunks. A very satisfied customer.
