Strychnine Treated Grain Bait
Strychnine treated grain bait for pocket gopher control. Subsoil applications only. Insert one tablespoon of bait into the gopher burrow system. One pound of bait will treat one to eight acres. Restricted use in Nevada. One pound of bait will treat 1-8 acres, depending upon number of burrow systems to be treated. Retreat according to label directions if new gopher activity is noticed.

I have tried numerous different bates, traps and contraptions over the years… all to no avail. Until I tried Martin’s gopher bait 50. It worked the first time and every time these little critters come back to my yards. I would say that 95% of the time it only takes one application. I have found no other gopher bait that works so well. From the young and large gopher coming closer to the house has been amazing the past year at first sight of any mounds.

I followed the instructions on the bottle and have placed the bait into at least entry holes that I could find. It's been a week now, and I am still seeing new mounds of dirt every day. I even saw the damn gopher poking his head out of one of them yesterday!
